Gedichte sind eine Form der Verarbeitung von Erlebnissen und Erinnerungen. Indem sie diese reflektieren, präzisieren und formal verdichten, werden sie zu Erfahrungen, die wichtig für den eigenen Entwicklungsprozess sind. Insofern kann man darin durchaus eine Art Selbsttherapie sehen.
