This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.libristo.ie, operated by Libristo Media s.r.o., ID: 04448367, VAT ID: CZ04448367, with its registered office at Sychrov 55, 755 01 Vsetín, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, file no. C 63649, represented by Lukáš Kavina and Josef Žák, managing directors.

1. Compliance Status

The websites of Libristo Media s.r.o. are created in partial compliance with Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, and maximally respect the rules for accessible web design as defined in the methodological instruction of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The goal is full compliance with the internationally recognized standards WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), level AA.

Our websites meet accessibility requirements, specifically in the following ways:

• ARIA attributes correspond to their respective roles.

• The ARIA value is not present in the document's body element.

• Elements with a 'role' attribute have all the required ARIA attributes.

• ARIA attributes are valid and do not contain any typos.

• Buttons have accessible names.

• ARIA attributes are used correctly, as specified for the element's role.

• List item elements are placed in their respective parent tags.

2. Inaccessible Content

Most of the content on these pages is accessible and usable, however, some parts are currently partially inaccessible. Some older photos may lack alternative text descriptions, or some videos embedded directly on the website may lack subtitles. In this case, bringing these shortcomings into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially demanding for the operator, therefore this is not additionally modified and a temporary exemption is applied due to disproportionate burden.
