The consumer may return unused goods without providing a reason. The standard return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. For greater peace of mind when shopping, you can select the extended return service in the cart and get up to 30 days to return your order. Providing a return reason is optional but helps us improve our services. For the purpose of meeting the deadline, the decisive moment is the sending of the withdrawal notice from the purchase contract.

Do not send using cash on delivery Send the items by post or courier; do not send using cash on delivery. The money will be refunded to your account.

Returning CDs and DVDs is different The plastic film on multimedia carriers (CDs, DVDs, etc.) must not be damaged.

E-books and audiobooks are non-refundable The right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement does not apply to digital content e-books and audiobooks.
