Im Rahmen der Allergenanalytik werden am Beispiel §der Erdnuss neben ELISA-Tests ausgewählte Real-Time §PCR-Verfahren evaluiert und verschiedenen §Optimierungsstrategien unterzogen. §Durch die Verbesserung der DNA-Isolierung in §Kombination mit effizienten Reinigungsschritten kann §die DNA-Qualität gesteigert werden. Dies ermöglicht §eine deutliche Erhöhung der Sensitivität in der §anschließenden PCR. §Somit kann die Real-Time PCR ab sofort als weiteres §Standbein in der Allergenanalytik angewandt werden.
