The Broken R is the Robinson's family ranch in a small western community. William Robinson, aka, "Wild Bill," ran the ranch and his large family with a firm hand as he did his company, Simplicity. Wild Bill went through enormous struggles and hard times to make his company into a multi-billion dollar enterprise, but there is a sinister mystery surrounding Simplicity. A former Marine, he's traveled extensively and loves the lure of the old west. He and his wife, Brenda live in Arkansas near their children and grandchildren. Robinson is currently writing his second novel, a sequel to the Broken R. This is his first book.
