Gordon "Gordo" Lacey never imagined that swimming would change his life, but a huge wave crashes down over him and drives him headfirst into an outcropping of rocks. Gordo is so skillfully framed that now he is alone and on the run with the FBI mistakenly pursuing him instead of hunting for the real terrorist.
