Charli never expected a tornado to rip through the hotel she and her parents stayed at. Especially not in Australia. Since the incident, just the sound of thunder alone makes her think of that day. It's changed not only her life but also her parents.
Years later, Charli is still battling her fear of storms. Her mother is now a meteorologist, and when she visits her in the US, the last thing Charli wants is to storm chase. But according to Blake, her mother's colleague, facing her phobia could help with her fear.
