Continuous Intent Delivery

For twenty-five years, software development frameworks have been designed around a single assumption: humans are the implementation bottleneck, and coordination is the job. That assumption has been falsified. AI coding tools now generate correct, verified implementation in minutes instead of days. The bottleneck has moved permanently - to the clarity of intent going in, and the rigor of verification coming out. Continuous Intent Delivery is the first methodology built from a blank sheet for the new constraint: humans specify and verify; AI implements; the organization scales the pipeline without breaking it. The methodology was not theorized in advance. It emerged inside Alchemaize over the course of one hundred days, in which the founding team applied the practice to itself, shipped thirty-five production applications at roughly two full-time equivalents, and watched one of their founders ship production software with no prior coding experience of any kind. That emergence, documented with full transparency about scope and measurement, is the proof. This book is the canonical reference that followed.
