So wird in dieser Arbeit aufgezeigt, dass die Generation Y eine bedeutende Zielgruppe für die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung von Unternehmen darstellt und es wird nachgewiesen, dass die Berichte einen positiven Einfluss auf die Übernahme der Verantwortung von Konsumenten haben können. Die Autorin Stefanie Augustine ist Mitarbeiterin bei einem namhaften Automobilhersteller und beschäftigt sich in ihrer aktuellen Position mit innovativen Technologien für die Produktion der Zukunft. Zuvor war sie lange Zeit im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung tätig.
