Set in colorful, culturally diverse Youngstown, Ohio, Donald Greco's Dracaena Marginata chronicles two boys' dynamic friendship from childhood to adulthood. Sandy grows up in a loving, nurturing environment. His best friend, Rigley, has a neurotic, hypochondriac mother and a drunken father.
