The planet Meniscus is undergoing political change. After Abra discovers that Dock-winders and Gel-heads have the same origins, the power structure in Prell District shifts and Humans are escaping Dock-winder dominance. But in El'ban District, the revolution has not been so quiet and the leader of the Resistance, James, has been imprisoned.
