This volume constitutes the proceedings of the third International Workshop on Static Analysis (WSA`93), held in Padova, Italy, in September 1993. The objective of the international workshop series WSA is to serve as a forum forthe discussion of the various aspects of static analysis indifferent programming paradigms.
