Together, they uncover "Patient Zero," a systemic protocol used to erase dissidents and replace them with manufactured identities-ghosts who underpin the city's power structure. As they are hunted through the city's industrial veins by Agent Mann Lang, a deterministic enforcer who views reality as a mathematical equation, Isby realizes the conspiracy isn't just about control-it's about escaping accountability.
