Vision, Traction, Healthy

No one becomes an EOS Implementer because everything is working.

Every EOS Implementer has an origin story. Before the tools. Before the models. Before the confidence to stand at the front of the room...

For Alan Roth, it began the same way it does for so many entrepreneurial leaders: a successful business on paper, and a leadership team stuck in misalignment, frustration, and exhaustion.

VISION, TRACTION, HEALTHY is the story of how Alan found EOS, lived EOS, and ultimately dedicated his life to helping others do the same. This Get a Grip prequel traces the transformation that turns an overwhelmed entrepreneur into a grounded, disciplined EOS Implementer.

Inside this story, EOS Implementers and future Implementers will:

• Experience the Six Key Components as they unfold in real time, not theory
• Understand the deeper why behind Vision, Traction, and Healthy
• Witness the shift from Visionary chaos to disciplined, accountable execution
• Reconnect with the purpose of EOS: helping leaders get what they want from their businesses and their lives

This is not a how-to guide. It's the story behind the work.

If you've ever sat across the table from a Visionary on the edge, watched a leadership team finally become healthy, felt called to this work...This story will feel like home.

Before you help others live the EOS Life, you have to live it yourself.

Begin that journey today.
