The small, quiet college town of Parksville has been through some hard times, but now something evil has awakened that will bring the townspeople to their very knees. Captain Kip Gillmore and his childhood friend Professor Phillip Parker are faced with the impossible task of investigating the satanic sacrifice of two young high school students, the body of a boy who died without cause and whose body refuses to show any signs of decay, and the village psychopath who hears voices urging him to kill. With the aid of a local priest, Kip and Phillip discover that Parksville's past hides many dark secrets, and as the body count continues to grow, they realize that they are no longer fighting for the lives of Parksville residents, but for their very souls.
